The Constellation Group is looking for passionate individuals to join our prestigious CN Events Crowd Management Team. As a steward at the heart of sporting excitement, you will play a crucial role in maintaining the safety and security of our crowds, ensuring everyone can enjoy the event worry-free.

Main Duties
- Crowd Management: Monitor and control event entrances, ensuring a safe and orderly environment for all attendees.
- Safety Monitoring: Monitor event safety, reporting concerns or incidents to ensure visitor protection.
- Emergency Response: Assist in evacuating areas during emergencies, such as fire alarms, maintaining calm and orderly exits.
- Security Vigilance: Be on the lookout for suspicious activities and understand bomb and terror threat procedures to secure the event.
- Incident Reporting: Ensure all allegations of theft, criminal damage, and other incidents are reported promptly.
- Maintenance Awareness: Communicate any maintenance or hazard issues to your supervisor, contributing to the overall safety of the event.
Qualifications
- Exceptional communication & customer service skills.
- Professional demeanour with a keen eye for detail and balanced judgement.
- Must have a full five-year checkable employment history.
